All you need to do is cut the bits out, match up the edge ID numbers & glue!

I'm not sure if this will actually fit like a proper hat. If not, either stick on your head with tree sap (Applebloom recommends) or tie a piece of string on it somewhere

The pdf you have already seems clean enough; should be fairly simple to put together as well. A pepakura would have been nice, but I guess the pdf will suffice for now :P
